I often get asked how much farm acreages are worth especially when they have an older farmhouse and outbuildings. This farm is a great example of how much farmland plus and older farm acreage would sell for near Charter Oak, Iowa. There was 360 acres of land all together that sold on January 25th at the Charter Oak Community Building by live and online land auction. Tract 1 was 160 acres plus the farm acreage and tract 2 was 200 acres of terraced and tiled farmland that sold for $12,100/acre.
