Going to be a chilly week here in Iowa! Farmland auction prices are still hot though! Looks like we are going to end the year with strong prices for farmland.


There was a total of 3,525 acres that sold during the second week in December. The average price per acre for farmland in Iowa this week is $13,510/acre and $168/CSR2. East Central, Iowa took the top spot this week for highest selling farm!
